We are moving forward — September 12, 2026
The Boricua Block Party is moving forward for Saturday, September 12, 2026. We are working every day to make this celebration happen the right way.
We are coordinating with the City of Cleveland and speaking with the police commander about a thoughtful safety plan for families, vendors, performers, volunteers, and neighbors. Confirmed details will always be shared through our official event channels.
This will not be just another block party. We are building a full cultural celebration of Puerto Rican music, food, art, history, entrepreneurship, family, and community pride.

Safety starts with all of us
- Respect our neighbors, volunteers, performers, vendors, and fellow guests.
- Follow posted signs and directions from event staff and public-safety personnel.
- Keep emergency lanes, entrances, exits, and accessible paths clear.
- Children should remain with a parent or trusted adult.
- Do not bring weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, or anything that could endanger another guest.
- Tell a volunteer or safety team member about a concern, lost child, or guest needing help.
Getting there, moving around, and leaving safely
Final entrance points, street closures, parking, public transit, rideshare zones, accessible routes, emergency exits, and the event map will be published before event day. Check the official event page before leaving home and follow the latest posted guidance.

Don’t just show up. Be counted.
Every attendee needs to register. If 10,000 people attend but only 500 register, the official numbers will not show our real impact. Registration helps us plan security, volunteers, restrooms, accessible services, traffic support, family resources, vendors, and emergency coverage.
Registration also helps earn the trust, partnerships, and support needed to bring the Boricua Block Party back year after year. Register every person in your group as directed, then share the registration link with family, friends, churches, organizations, and neighbors.
Register. Share. Show up. Be counted.
This is bigger than one day. Protect our name, respect the neighborhood, look out for one another, and help us keep this good thing going.
